Request in the app
Open the account/privacy controls in Nerune and review the permanent account-deletion confirmation. Choose Request permanent deletion only when you intend to delete the active account and its associated data. Account access can end when the server accepts the request. The app cannot undo a submitted request.
A server receipt means the request was received; it does not independently prove all data has been removed. An unknown result is not a confirmed failure or completion. Do not resend it. Reload saved result reads this device's saved result only and does not check live server progress.
Request without using the app
Use the privacy email link below with the subject Nerune account deletion request. Explain that you want to delete your account and associated data, whether you still have access to the original device, and any non-secret request reference already shown by the app. Do not send credentials, secrets or full chat transcripts.
You do not need to reinstall the app to read this page or contact the mailbox. This website does not identify your account, sign in, or submit a deletion request automatically. The operator must verify the account before acting.
In-app account access is checked using the saved installation credential and an authenticated session. Deletion recovery, when enabled, uses a separate private recovery credential tied to the same operation; its authorization expires 90 days after issue. Expiry is not a promise that every related record is erased on that date. The native device account is not linked to the email address from which you contact support. A name, email address, public installation identifier or payment reference alone is not sufficient proof of control. If the original device credentials are completely lost, the current app has no verified cross-device recovery method; support can receive your request but cannot promise account recovery or erasure without adequate ownership evidence. Do not email a secret, session token or recovery credential.
What is deleted and what may remain
The request concerns the active Nerune account and its associated data, including conversation information. Exact deletion scope, retained records, reasons and times are stated below. A supplier's retained copies, backups, billing records or exported files cannot be assumed to disappear when the app accepts a request.
Completion of the application's erasure stages deletes the account's conversation data and associated application records. Some metadata remain: the account identifier and deleted-status record; a revoked installation identifier and timestamps after its user link and credential hash are cleared; deletion-job identifiers and status; required purchase-replay, usage-settlement and related integrity markers; and minimized subscription or provider-event references where applicable. The billing-event payload is cleared by its minimization stage. These markers prevent deleted credentials or purchases from being replayed and preserve the record of an uncertain or completed operation. They are separate from conversation-content tables, can still be identifiers, and are not described as completely anonymous. The current service gives these minimal markers no general automatic expiry. Deletion also depends on pending operations being safely resolved; an unresolved supplier or settlement step can delay completion.
Your messages and AI replies are stored with their conversation for saved history. The app service does not apply an automatic age-based expiry to chat history. Closing the app or withdrawing future AI sharing does not erase that history. Account deletion is a separate process: access is revoked or suspended when the request is accepted, and data erasure proceeds through checked stages. A pending, failed or unknown result is not completed deletion. The deletion process removes conversation records and their messages, saved memories and preferences when the relevant erasure stages complete. It does not selectively erase hosting logs or database backups. App request telemetry records request references, route names, timing and outcome categories rather than message text, credentials or tokens; hosting and edge records have their own retention controls. Exported files deliberately shared with another app can remain with that recipient.
AI text generation and product-safety processing use xAI/Grok; independent text safety screening uses OpenAI. The application uses their global API endpoints and does not select a guaranteed processing country. Nerune does not offer a zero-retention guarantee. Nerune has no implemented per-user erasure call for these AI-provider requests and cannot confirm that a supplier has immediately erased previously sent text. An in-app deletion receipt therefore does not certify supplier-side erasure. Supplier processing is subject to the relevant service policies and the account controls that actually apply; optional data sharing, request logging, retention and regional settings can differ between accounts.
Check subscriptions separately
Account deletion does not by itself confirm cancellation of an existing subscription. Check the store or provider where you subscribed. Do not include full payment-card information in a deletion email.
