1. The service
Nerune provides conversations with fictional AI characters for adults. The characters are not real people, do not have consciousness or professional qualifications, and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Nerune does not provide user-to-user matching, personal advertisements, or a dating marketplace. Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You must have reached the legal age of adulthood where you live, provide an accurate age declaration, and be legally able to accept these terms. Access may be unavailable in some countries because of law, sanctions, suppliers, or safety requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Sexually explicit content, pornography, NSFW modes, sexual content involving minors or age ambiguity, non-consensual or exploitative sexual content, real-person sexualization, harmful instructions, credential theft, safety evasion, and unlawful use are prohibited.
4. Accounts and security
Protect your email, sign-in links, and devices. Do not sell or share access credentials. We may restrict features, revoke sessions, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. 5. Content and intellectual property
You keep rights you lawfully hold in your input and grant Nerune the limited permission needed to process it to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Nerune retains its rights in the product, characters, interface, code, and brand. AI output may not be unique and its legal status can vary by country.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Live payments remain unavailable until the payment provider approves the product and merchant account. When enabled, the checkout will show the price, billing period, tax treatment, renewal terms, included usage, and payment merchant before purchase. You will be able to cancel through Nerune or the payment provider's customer portal.
7. Availability and changes
The service, characters, models, and features may change, pause, or end. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may immediately stop a feature when continuing would create a material security, privacy, legal, payment, or safety risk.

Nerune is currently prepared for operation by an individual merchant residing in mainland China and serving users outside mainland China. Formal merchant identity and payment details will be displayed at checkout and on receipts when live payments are approved.
