The service and operator

Nerune offers text conversations with fictional AI characters. Characters are not real people. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice or emergency support.

Nerune is operated by Hao Li, an individual.

Age, country and consent

You must have reached the legal age of adulthood where you live and meet the app's country and policy requirements. Give an accurate adult declaration and country. Availability is restricted by the app and service eligibility checks; acceptance of these terms does not enable access in an unsupported country.

The app asks for a separate AI data-sharing choice before eligible AI chat. You can decline or later withdraw sharing permission. Accepting these terms does not itself grant AI sharing permission.

Your device account

The native app uses a device-bound installation credential to access its account. It does not use an email address as the native account's sign-in credential. Protect your device and do not share credentials or session tokens. Loss of device access can affect account recovery.

Do not send a device secret, session token or recovery code to support. Account recovery or deletion requests require appropriate verification; the public website cannot sign in as your app account.

Content and safety

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not submit sexually explicit or exploitative content, sexual content involving minors or age ambiguity, non-consensual sexual content, hateful threats, instructions for wrongdoing, or requests to steal credentials or evade safety controls.

AI requests and replies are subject to safety processing. You can report content using the app's report controls or contact support when those controls are unavailable. A report or safety block does not guarantee that all harmful content is detected.

Data and account controls

Review the Privacy Policy for conversation storage, AI processing, export and account-deletion information. Some controls depend on the features enabled for your build and account. A saved request or server receipt must not be treated as proof that processing or deletion has completed.

Purchases and availability

If a purchase or subscription is offered, review the price, renewal terms and included usage shown by the relevant store before confirming. Purchase or subscription options may be unavailable. Account deletion alone does not confirm cancellation of a subscription; manage it with the store or provider where it was purchased.

Features can be unavailable while a request, account check, safety check or service dependency is unresolved. Do not assume an unknown result means a request failed or should be sent again.

Rights and contact

Nerune processes account and conversation information to provide the service you request, apply access and safety checks, and record the choices required for that processing. AI sharing requires the separate in-app choice described above. You can contact support@meetnerune.com to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests require verification appropriate to the account and the action; the device-account limits described here apply when app access is lost. The rights and complaint routes available to you depend on applicable law. This policy does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not promise a result that the service has not verified.

These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support with questions about use of the app or an account decision.
